Course Overview
Continue your Spanish journey with confidence in this lively, Charlotte Mason-inspired Spanish 2 class! Ideal for students who have completed Spanish 1 or have a solid beginner foundation, this full-year course meets once a week for 90 minutes and emphasizes real-life communication at the Intermediate Low level.
Students will narrate personal experiences in present and past tenses, express opinions, compare cultures, handle travel and directions, and manage more detailed shopping or ordering scenarios through dynamic role-plays, Gouin series with actions, group discussions, songs, and stories from Latin America. The class features upgraded hands-on mercado experiences with budgeting, comparisons, and bargaining, plus deeper cultural dives into foods, celebrations, and daily life in countries like Mexico, Peru, Colombia, and Argentina.
